Warranty Terms
Bioprogramming devices are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, when used for purposes in accordance to these terms & conditions.
The initial Limited Warranty period for all Bioprogramming devices can be extended up to a maximum of eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase with an approved extension via an approved product registration through this website. In order to be eligible for the extension of the initial Limited Warranty period, the Bioprogramming device must be registered within the original six (6) month Limited Warranty period. This extension to the initial Limited Warranty period is being offered by LUMIELINA USA, INC. at its sole discretion, and LUMIELINA USA, INC. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw the extended warranty at any time without prior notice. Following the successful registration of a Bioprogramming device, information regarding your extended Limited Warranty expiration date can be accessed under the Warranty Status section of your Bioprogramming.com account page. Please note, if the submitted product registration form is incomplete, your extension to the initial Limited Warranty period may not be approved. Furthermore, personal information submitted by customers during the product registration process may be used for device inspections during the Limited Warranty period and for marketing and communication purposes. Through acceptance of these terms & conditions, you hereby give express consent to the aforementioned uses of said personal information.
This Limited Warranty is only valid in the U.S. and Canada.
THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ANY EXTENSION TO THE INITIAL LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, AND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ANY EXTENSION OF SAID LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD REPLACE AND SUPERSEDE ANY AND ALL PREVIOUS WARRANTIES, EXTENSION PERIODS, AND/OR TERMS & CONDITIONS OFFERED BY LUMIELINA USA, INC. AND/OR ANY WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THE BIOPROGRAMMING SAFETY GUIDE AND OPERATING MANUAL AND/OR ANY OTHER WRITTEN INSERT INCLUDED WITH A BIOPROGRAMMING DEVICE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WITH APPLICABLE PROOF OF PURCHASE OF A BIOPROGRAMMING DEVICE WHICH IS PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED BIOPROGRAMMING RETAILER OR DISTRIBUTOR. PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS OR UNAUTHORIZED ONLINE MERCHANTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
WHAT IS COVERED.
Your Bioprogramming device is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase or eighteen (18) months from date of purchase with an approved extension, when used correctly in accordance with the Bioprogramming Safety Guide and Operating Manual.
Should a claim be approved, this Limited Warranty provides, at no extra cost to you, all labor and parts necessary to ensure your device is in proper operating condition during the Limited Warranty period. Please note that the replacement of any part of your device under the Limited Warranty will not extend the Limited Warranty period. Furthermore, any parts which are returned and replaced by LUMIELINA USA, INC. will become property of LUMIELINA USA, INC.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED.
After the initial six (6) month Limited Warranty period, this Limited Warranty will not apply to any device that does not have proof of purchase and a successful extension of the initial Limited Warranty period. Should it be discovered that either the proof of purchase and/or other information pertinent to the extension of the initial Limited Warranty Period was altered, modified, inaccurate, or false, the Limited Warranty shall no longer apply.
Furthermore, after the initial six (6) month Limited Warranty period, this Limited Warranty shall not apply to any Bioprogramming device which is determined to have been used in any non-consumer, i.e. commercial service capacity such as by a hair stylist in a hair salon, etc. Said determination shall be at the sole discretion of LUMIELINA USA, INC. If it is determined by LUMIELINA USA, INC. that an individual has registered a Bioprogramming device with the intention to use it in a commercial service capacity, said Bioprogramming device, as well as all other Bioprogramming devices previously registered under said individual’s name, shall no longer be eligible for the extension to the initial six (6) month Limited Warranty period, and any previously approved extensions to the initial Limited Warranty period to said individual shall be null and void.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to any device that has had the serial number altered or removed, damage or deterioration to the surface finish, damage to the aesthetics or appearance of the product including nicks and scratches, or for any Bioprogramming devices for which the customer does not carry out the recommended device maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear of the Bioprogramming device.
- Damage to the power cord.
- Purchase of a Bioprogramming device from an unauthorized retailer or distributor.
- Damage to the Bioprogramming device during shipment (such claims must be presented directly to the shipping company).
- Damage caused by external factors such as weather, power outages, power surges, or natural disasters.
- Damaged caused by negligent or careless operation, handling, misuse, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, including but not limited to:
Dropping of the Bioprogramming device.
Use on a ship, airplane, train, car, or any motor vehicle.
Use of the Bioprogramming device outdoors.
Plugging the Bioprogramming device into a power outlet with incompatible voltage.
Neglect of the safety instructions as noted in Bioprogramming Safety Guide and Operating Manual.
- Damaged caused by foreign objects placed inside of the device.
- Use of the device for anything other than its intended usage, which sole determination shall be that of LUMIELINA USA, INC.
- Use of unofficial replacement parts
- Repairs or alterations carried out by any unauthorized parties.

LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities relating to your Bioprogramming device, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the initial six (6) month duration of this written Limited Warranty.
In no event shall LUMIELINA USA, INC. be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or any other Limited Warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state in the USA.
This Limited Warranty is for the original purchase of the product and is not transferable.
WARRANTY/AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Exchange of a defective device is at the sole discretion of LUMIELINA USA, INC.
Repairs will be carried out in accordance with these terms & conditions as long as proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is presented within six (6) months from date of purchase, or if the buyer has registered their device, the proof of purchase within the eighteen (18) month extended Limited Warranty period.
After the Limited Warranty period or any extension thereof has ended, if it is determined that the device is repairable, repairs will be carried out after an additional fee is determined and requested, and payment has been received from the customer.
The repair fee structure is composed of parts, labor, and shipping and handling expenses
